Alison Maitland is an author, international speaker and conference moderator who specialises in leadership, women in business, and the new world of work. A former Financial Times journalist and management writer, she directs The Conference Board’s European Council for Diversity in Business and is a Senior Visiting Fellow at London’s Cass Business School.
She is co-author of the acclaimed book, Why Women Mean Business, and has written publications for the UK Equality and Human Rights Commission on flexible working and the employment of older workers. She contributes articles to the Financial Times and other media, including a regular Workspace column for The Conference Board Review.
